Hi!
Wir ziehen Ende Januar vorzeitig aus unserer Wohngemeinschaft aus, sodass die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Februar frei ist.
Ein Teil der Möbel bleibt vorerst erhalten, aber nicht sehr viele. Ggf. lässt sich aber eine Lösung finden. Dafür aber Geschirr, Töpfe, Waschmaschine, Herd und ein vollständiges Bad. Das Internet zieht leider ebenfalls aus. Die drei Zimmer haben ca. 26 qm (330 €), 17 qm (300) und 13 qm (270). Sie sind schön hell und ruhig. Einen Balkon gibt es ebenfalls!
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn die Wohnung ein bisschen Gesellschaft bekommt.

Ziemlich ruhig gelegen, direkt am Park und dennoch nah am Trubel des Stadtteils. Jenseits der Haustür findest du den Marktplatz (+ Wochenmarkt), diverse Cafés, Orte für's leibliche Wohl, Läden für alles, viele angenehme Menschen, evtl. deine neue Lieblingsbar und Tanzparkett! Falls es dich doch mal aus dem Stadtteil zieht, warten am Marktplatz die Öffis.
