Ich biete mein Zimmer in einer WG im Studentenwohnheim Straussäcker III von Januar bis März zur Vermietung an. Das Zimmer ist mit Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, ausgestattet und komplett leer geräumt, da ich ausziehe.
Die Wohnung ist nicht im schönsten Zustand, es ist aber alles vorhanden. Internet ist im Zimmer aktuell nicht aktiviert, ist aber schnell gemacht und kostet 8 € / Monat.
Ich möchte gerne den kompletten Zeitraum an eine Person vermieten, also bitte ich darum, von Teilanfragen abzusehen.Vorzugsweise solltest du immatrikulierter Student sein. Meldet euch bei Interesse bitte per Mail, ich versuche schnell zu antworten.
