Die Wohnung liegt im 9. Wiener Bezirk in Uni-Nähe und ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf einen kleinen Park. Das Zentrum ist mit den zahlreichen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U4, U6, D, 37, 38, 35a) bequem in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen.
In der Umgebung finden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale, sowie der Donaukanal.

The apartment is located in the 9th district of Vienna close to university. It's a quiet location with a view onto a small park. The city centre is within reach of 15-20 minutes, very good connection to public transport (U4, U6, D, 37, 38, 35a).
Lots of shopping facilities and taverns are around, as well as the Danube Canal.
