Mein name ist David, ich bin ein Mann aus Madrid, 38 Jahre alt. Leben in Berlin für 3 Jahre, aber mein Deutsch ist noch nicht sehr gut. So i'd better switch to english.

I am looking for a nice flat to stay for long term. starting next october. Currently I live with my girlfriend, but this is too small for two people. I want my own place to hide sometimes from my love...

I spend some days a week at home working with my computer, also in my girlfriend's place, where she has a piano. I professionally edit video/audio, although my main occupation these last 20 years was in theatrical productions playwriting and as an actor/musician.

I recently sold a house of my property in Spain, so you won't have to deal with a poor artist seeking for protection. I have my Schufa (request now) , proof of income and also can offer to you a 6 months rent in advance if I really like the place (as long as it's stated in the contract).

I am vegetarian and non-smoker. I love silence and I also have a little harpsichord (less noisy than a small guitar), in which I like to play barroque music somedays. I will really take care of your place. Let me show you! :)
