Wir suchen eine sympathische Frau oder ein sympathisches Paar für unser 13qm großes Zimmer, das möbliert ist. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer mit 95qm Wohnfläche. Zudem ist ein schöner Südbalkon am Wohnzimmer dran,wo den ganzen Tag die Sonne scheint. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine,Spülmaschine,Internet und Telefon und eine Einbauküche. Das Wohnzimmer ist selbstverständlich zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gedacht.
We are looking for a sympathetic person/pair for our 13 sqm room. The room is Fully Furnished. The apartment contains 3 rooms with living space of 95 square meters. In addition the living room includes a balcony, where you can enjoy the sun shine. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, internet and phone and a fitted kitchen. The living room is of course for sharing.
Die Wohnung ist im schönen Steglitz unweit der Schlossstr. wo man alles finden kann. Von Einkaufcenter über Kino,Cafés und Restaurants. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Bus,S-Bahn und U-Bahn sind alle fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem hat man gute Anbindungen zur Beuth Hochschule,Uni Potsdam und zur FU in Dahlem.
The apartment is located in Steglitz near the Schlossstr. There is Shopping Center, cinema, cafes and restaurants. The public transport such as bus, tram and metro are all within walking distance in 5 minutes. In addition it is very easy to reach the Beuth University of Applied Sciences, University of Potsdam and Free University in Dahlem.
Wir sind ein paar und wollen unser drittes Zimmer gerne untervermieten, da uns die Wohnung zu teuer wird,wir aber hier nicht ausziehen wollen. Zu unseren Personen Ghassan 31 Jahre alt ist Maschinenbauingenieur und ich Melanie bin 26 Jahre alt und Elektronikerin. Wir sind sehr unternehmenslustig und lieben es ins Kino zu gehen. Außerdem kochen wir sehr gerne und würden uns auch freuen mit dir zusammen zu kochen oder auch wegzugehen.
We are a couple and we would like to hire our third room, since the apartment became expensive. We are Ghassan 31 years old is a mechanical engineer and 26 years old Melanie works as an electronics technician. We are very enterprising and love to go out or watch movie. We also cook a lot and would also look forward to cooking or going out with you.
