Ich suche einen Nachmieter ab dem 1.11. für meine hübsche und sonnige Dachgeschosswohnung in der beliebten Südvorstadt :-)
Die Wohnung ist 33 qm groß, liegt zur Südseite, inklusive großer Wohnküche, Bad mit Wanne, kleinem Schlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist ein echtes Schmuckstück für die Lage, also zögert nicht und meldet euch schnell, da die Südvorstadt sehr beliebt ist :-))
Hier noch ein paar Eckdaten:
- 3 min. Laufweg entfernt von der Kurt-Eisner und der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße
-Haltestelle 10/11 eine Minute entfernt
-super nette Hausgemeinschaft
-Fahrräder kann man im Haus abstellen.
Da ich relativ kurzfristig suche, möchte ich die Küche drin lassen, ein paar Rollos für schräge Fenster, und eventuell Bett und Couch, für einen symbolischen Fuffi :-) . Gemalert wurde auch erst vor einem Jahr, das würde ich dann nicht noch einmal machen. Bilder schicke ich auf Anfrage gerne.
