Hallo/Hi,
Im leaving Dusseldorf as I found a job in another Contry, so we are looking for a new flatmate. The whole flat is quite big (160 square meters) and of mezzonet type (4 rooms + 1 kitchen + 1 big living room + 3 bathrooms + 1 room just for cabinets + 3 balconies). The room itself is about 15m big and has also its own balcony. If interested please send an email to
The position is really awesome - 15 minutes walking to Altstadt, 5 minutes to Wehrhahn or approx 5-10 minutes to HBF. Ackerstrasse with all those nice and cozy cafe starts like 200m from the flat and nearby is also REWE and Aldi (both 5 minutes walking). Thanks to the fact we are in the top floor it’s pretty quiet as well.
You will share the flat with cool international yuppie mixture - Markus is German and works in real estates, Polina is Russian/Czech and works at trivago and finally Lubos working in a IT company. Languages spoken: German, Italian, English, Spanish and Russian. We are all quite busy but always have time some time for beer or cigarette in the evenings.
Sonstiges:
The rent is 397/per month (including rent + internet + electricity and gas + tv fees + cleaning lady)
