Das Zimmer ist zwar nur 10 m2 groß, allerdings hat es einen quadratischen Grundriss, der es dir ermöglicht, alle deine Möbel unterzukriegen.Schöner Blick auf die Lobdeburg.
Unser Wohnzimmer und auch der Balkon sind sehr groß und perfekt zum abhängen.
Die günstigen K-Classic-Produkte erreichst du in 5 Minuten, den Netto in 3.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Lobeda West ist 4 Minuten (für Raucher: eine Kippe lang) entfernt, Parkplätze gibt es nah und ausreichend. Tagsüber fährt die Bahn aller 8 Minuten, nachts bekommst du auch immer eine Bahn. Lass dich nicht von Lobeda abschrecken, es dauert nicht lang, die Innenstadt zu erreichen.
Der Fahrrad- und Inlinerweg in die Stadt ist ab Frühling auch richtig nice.
Wir beide, Sebastian (PoWi) und Nina (Lehramt Französisch, Englisch), wohnen seit einem Jahr zusammen. Wir freuen uns sowohl über Studenten als auch Arbeitstätige und alles was es noch so dazwischen gibt. ;)
Es ist gut, wenn du ab und an mit uns (auf ein Bierchen) zusammensitzen wirst.
