Die 2 Mitbewohner sind Student bzw. arbeitstätig aber trotzdem keine Stubenhocker und oft in der Stadt unterwegs.
Das Highlight deiner neuen WG ist das Wohnzimmer. Es gibt viel Platz und Sofas um gemeinsam zu chillen, Spiele zu spielen und Freunde einzuladen.
Den nach Westen zum Wald ausgerichteten Balkon kannst du vor allem im Sommer zum grillen, feiern, lesen, frühstücken oder einfach nur entspannen nutzen.
Insgesamt stehen uns in der Wohnung 100qm zur Verfügung. Diese teilen sich auf in unsere drei Zimmer (17qm, 15qm, 12qm), eine Küche, ein Bad, ein Gäste WC, ein großes Wohnzimmer (24qm), einen schönen Balkon (ca 10qm) sowie den Flur. Zudem sind noch zwei Kellerräume (mit großem Gefrierschrank) und ein gemeinschaftlich genutzter Fahrradkeller vorhanden.
Deine neue Küche ist bereits wirklich gut ausgestattet, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Insbesondere sind wir glückliche Besitzer einer Spülmaschine.

The 2 roommates are studying and working but still not couch potatoes and often hangout in the city. That's why we're looking for someone with whom we can not only live together, but also spend time together.
The highlight of your new flat is the living room. There is plenty of space and sofas to chill out together, play games and invite friends over.
A total of 100 square meters are available to us in the apartment. These are divided into our three rooms (17sqm, 15sqm, 12sqm), a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest toilet, a large living room (24sqm), a beautiful balcony (approx. 10sqm) and the hall. There are also two cellar rooms (with a large freezer) and a shared bicycle cellar.
Your new kitchen is already really well equipped, with everything your heart desires. In particular, we are happy dishwasher owners.
Deine neue WG ist mit dem K Bus Richtung Hauptbahnhof und anschließend Luisenplatz und Campus Lichtwiese und den Straßenbahnlinien 4 und 9, die in 4 Stationen am Luisenplatz sind gut angebunden.
Die WG liegt etwas außerhalb an einem kleinen Wäldchen. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 min. in der Innenstadt. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend hier und der Wald beginnt wirklich direkt hinterm Haus, man kann also super joggen gehen.
Hauptbahnhof und A5 sind auch sehr schnell erreicht, falls jemand pendeln muss.

Your new flat share is well connected with the K bus in the direction of the main station and then Luisenplatz and Campus Lichtwiese and the tram lines 4 and 9 in which are only 4 stations apart from Luisenplatz.
The flat share is located a little outside in a small forest. Nevertheless you can get there by bike in 10 minutes from downtown It's a quiet area here and the forest really starts right behind the house, so you can go jogging. There is no Noise Pollution (Cars, Bars, People) and light pollution during the day and night.
The main Train station and the A5 are also very easy to reach in case someone has to commute.
