We have a beautiful flat to rent from 20th of December until 31st January. The rent for the whole time is 800 euros, including all the bills. We were supposed to stay until January, but I received an urgent job in Berlin and we will be moving there as soon as we can so we would love to find a person to sublet the flat until then.
The flat has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is perfect for two people. The bedroom has a double bed & a huge wardrobe and the living room has a TV, big sofa, cupboards and chairs. The kitchen has all the cooking equipment (fridge, sink, stove, oven, table, cupboards, and all the pots, crockery and cutlery) so you don’t have to worry about bringing anything.
The flat is situated in the middle of the city (Neustadt) so no need for car as you can be everywhere in 10 mins. It is 2 mins from Michaelkirche and you can see the tower from the windows. The location is great, with 1 minute to the river Elbe, and Stadthausbrucke, Baumwall, Landungsbrucken and Rodingsmarkt all within few minutes walking distance.
The flat is very cosy and very clean, also very warm in the winter, also there is lots of light during the day. It has been recently renovated so everything is nice and clean. If you would like to know anything else in particular, please just call me or write and I can answer all the questions.
We can arrange viewing this or next weekend, I am also free most of evenings.
