There is a private balcony with a beautiful view of the idyllic bridge road – perfect for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and an urban feeling in the village of Neuenheim. The room is stylishly partially furnished, but can of course also be furnished according to your own taste.

The apartment & location:
Our apartment is a real eye-catcher in a historic 19th century building. Here charm meets a lot of space for life.
The location is simply top:

Just 5 minutes walk to the city centre, the Neckar and the Bismarckplatz.
All shops (Lidl, Rewe, Gourmet shops), bakeries and banks are nearby.
The connection to tram and bus is also great (only 3 minutes walk). So you live centrally and still have the cozy Neuenheim-Flair right in front of the front door.
About our WG:
We currently live at the age of six and look forward to a new person completing our round. We have a harmonious mix of professionals: a managing director of an environmental association, a medical professional, a musician, a gardener, a computer scientist and a theatre teacher.
Joint hours in our generous kitchen – whether during cooking, chatting or for small game evenings – complete the WG life. We attach great importance to openness, mutual respect and uncomplicated cooperation. The apartment speaks mainly German, English and Spanish.

In unserer liebevoll bewohnten Altbau-WG im Herzen von Heidelberg-Neuenheim wird bald ein besonders schönes Zimmer frei, und vielleicht ist es ja genau deins!

Dein zukünftiges Reich:
Es erwartet dich ein helles und großzügiges Zimmer, das mit typischen Altbau-Details verzaubert: hohe, stuckverzierte Decken, ein großes, antikes Fenster und als besonderes Schmuckstück ein wunderschöner Jugendstil-Kaminofen, der für eine einmalige Atmosphäre sorgt. Dazu kommt ein eigener Balkon mit einem schönen Blick auf die idyllische Brückenstraße – perfekt für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder ein Glas Wein am Abend und ein urbanes Wohngefühl im dörflichen Neuenheim. Das Zimmer ist stilvoll teilmöbliert, kann aber natürlich auch ganz nach deinem eigenen Geschmack eingerichtet werden.

Die Wohnung & Lage:
Unsere Wohnung ist ein echter Hingucker in einem historischen Gebäude aus dem 19. Jahrhundert. Hier trifft Charme auf viel Platz zum Leben.
Die Lage ist einfach top:

Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum, zum Neckar und zum Bismarckplatz.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Rewe, Feinkostläden), Bäckereien und Banken sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Anbindung an Tram und Bus ist ebenfalls super (nur 3 Minuten Fußweg). Du wohnst also zentral und hast trotzdem das gemütliche Neuenheim-Flair direkt vor der Haustür.
Über unsere WG:
Wir wohnen aktuell zu sechst und freuen uns auf eine neue Person, die unsere Runde komplettiert. Bei uns lebt eine harmonische Mischung aus Berufstätigen: ein Geschäftsführer eines Umweltvereins, eine Medizinerin, ein Musiker, eine Gärtnerin, ein Informatiker und eine Theaterpädagogin.
Gemeinsame Stunden in unserer großzügigen Küche – sei es beim Kochen, Plaudern oder für kleine Spieleabende – runden das WG-Leben ab.
