Hi! My name is Sajjad, was born in Iran, Educated in USA. I am a research professor at University of Bonn and I need a 1-bedroom flat or a suit or a flat share for the months April2015-December2015.
I am very clean, quiet, easy going and hard working so usually I am not home! I need a place that is furnished (bed is necessary) with nice flatmates or neighbors. I am a private person but I enjoy nice conversations once in a while. I like to cook some nights so a nice small kitchen area would be nice! I can also pay the entire rent upfront if the place is nice! Please let me know
