Suche MitbewohnerIn für ein sehr, sehr schönes und helles Zimmer in 2er WG in Weißensee ab dem 01.01.2022.
Das Zimmer ist 24qm groß mit Südseite und eigenem Wintergarten (ca 3 von den 24 qm).
Das Zimmer ist teil-möbliert (Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kommode stehen dort) und das eine oder andere kann auch noch zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Kühlschrank (Gefrierkombi), Waschmaschine, Wannenbad vorhanden. Spülmaschine leider nicht... Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung direkt schräg gegenüber vom Weißensee mit guter Verkehrsanbindung (M4 vor der Tür) und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe.
Internet und WLAN sind vorhanden.
Freue mich über Interesse von freundlichen, selbstverantwortlichen, easy-going potentiellen MitbewohnerInnen - am besten via Mail [ ] mit Rückrufmöglichkeit, sonst Festnetz AB. Das Zimmer steht ab dem 1. Januar frei, aber Besichtigungstermine können einigermaßen flexibel ab jetzt eingerichtet werden.
(Aufgrund der angespannten Wohnungsmarktlage in Berlin erhalte ich oftmals mehr Anfragen, als ich zeitnah verarbeiten kann, weswegen eine eventuelle Rückmeldung bis zu vier oder mehr Tagen dauern kann.)

Looking for a room-mate starting 1st of January 2022. For a very, very nice and bright room in a shared WG for 2 people. The room has 24qm² faces to the south and comes with a winter-garden. There is some furmiture and a few things could possibly be arranged. There are a fridge, a freezer, a washing-machine and a bath-tub. Unfortunately we don´t have a dish-washer.
The apartment is an old building directly across the street from the Weissensee itself. Tram runs just outside the door and a super-market is also close by.
Usage of internet and wifi are possible.
I am interested in someone friendly, easy-going to share the place and would kindly request to write me an e-mail or leave a message on my answering machine. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
(Due to the living situation in Berlin and the many requests, it might take me a couple of days to get back to you, in case you fit the expectations/ profile.)
Die Wohnung liegt schräg gegenüber vom Weissensee, die M4 hält direkt vor der Tür.
Zum Alex fährt man mit der Tram in 15 min., zum S-Bahnring (S Greifswalder Str.) 9 min. Ferner sind die 12 (Mitte/ Am Kupfergraben) und M13 (Wedding/ Virchow bis U-Bhf. Warschauer Str.) direkt angebunden. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 7 min. in Prenzlauer Berg.
The apartment is right across Weissensee and the tram M4 stops directly in front of the door.
Alexanderplatz is reachable in 15 min by tram. It´s also well connected to the S-Bahn-Ring (M4), Wedding and Friedrichshain through M13 and Mitte am Kupfergraben by line 12. It only takes 7 min to go to Prenzlauer Berg by bike.
Suche jemanden umgängliches, entspanntes, eigenverantwortliches - also weder einen anonymen Hotelgast, noch über-engagierte WG-Plenums-OrganisatorInnen
Zu mir: Bin Berliner und halte mich selbst für umgänglich und tolerant - habe jedoch einen eher unsteten Lebensrhythmus und Schlaf-Wach-Zyklus. (Grösstenteils Nachtaktiv) Arbeite derzeit viel von Zuhause aus, bin aber zwischendurch auch oft unterwegs. Ich bin leidenschaftlicher Profi-Amateur-Tischtennisspieler und ansonsten unterhalte ich mich gerne, lese und schreibe viel, bin politisch interessiert und ein ziemlicher Serienjunkie.
ACHTUNG: Da ich selbst Raucher bin, würden militante NichtraucherInnen hier vermutlich nicht glücklich.
Letztendlich muss natürlich vor allem die Chemie stimmen... Also melde Dich.

I am from here and think of my self as being mostly tolerant and easy-going. I am not looking for an anonymous hotel-guest, nor am I searching for a new best friend.
Since I am a smoker, non-smokers may not like the place. If you have a low tolerance for smoke and smokers I guess this is not the right place for you.
Katzen gehen wegen meiner Allergie nicht. Hunde wegen der Vermietung eher auch nicht.
Als besonderes Gimmeck wartet das Zimmer dafür mit einem eigenen, kleinen Wandtresor auf und im Wintergarten sind ein klappbarer Tisch, ein integriertes Schränkchen und Holzbänke mit zusätzlichem Stauraum vorhanden.
(Ich bitte noch zur Kenntnis zu nehmen, dass ich auf Formtexte, die nur aus "Ich interessiere mich für Deine WG. Bitte nimm Kontakt mit mir auf." prinzipiell nicht reagiere, da ich damit nicht ersehen kann, ob Du als Bewerber_in in Frage kämst, was zu unsinniger Zeitverschwendung führt. Da es in letzter Zeit relativ viel Fluktuation gab und ich noch andere Hobbies habe, als Zimmer unterzuvermieten, würde ich mir im Idealfall jemanden wünschen, die / der perspektivisch wenigstens ein Jahr bliebe oder beabsichtigt zu bleiben.)

Cats can´t move in, as I am allergic to them. Dogs won´t be permitted by the house.
The room comes with a small safe in the wall! (No joke!)
(Please don´t use the standard-form-text for your answer, since that won´t help me to figure out, if I could have you living at my place ! Also I will prefer applications of people who intend to stay for at least a year, since there was a lot of movement here over the last year and I'd prefer it to be calmer again.)
