Möbliertes 16 qm Zimmer in Bochums schönstem Studentenwohnheim

Die Lage ist für Studenten der RUB oder der FH perfekt. MIt dem Fahrrad ist man in 7 Minuten an der Uni, zu Fuß in 15-20. Ansonsten läuft man 7 Minuten zur U-Bahn Haltestelle Markstraße und fährt die eine Station zur Universität. Läden gibt es im Unicenter oder an der Markstraße in guter Nähe, Kaufpark, Netto, Aldi, REWE. Auf der anderen Seite ist man sehr schnell am Kemnader-See und im Wald. Das Wohnheim liegt zudem direkt neben der Fakultät für Sportwissenschaften und entsprechend auch an deren Sporthallen, in denen viele der Hochschulsportkurse stattfinden (kann sehr praktisch sein!)

For students of the RUB or FH the Grimberg is perfectly located. by bike you reach the university in 7 minutes, when walking in 15-29 minutes. Apart from that you reach the train stop in 7 minutes which takes you to university in one stop or to the city center in 5 stops. There are many stores in the unicenter or close to the train stop and you can get almost anything there. On the other hand you are close to the forest and Kemnader lake. The student housing is also directly next to the gym and sport fields, where many of the university sport activities take place, which is very comfortable.

Am Grimberg sind meistens zwei 3-er WGs an einem gemeinsamen Eingangsflur eingeordnet. Da wir zu unseren direkten Nachbarn ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis führen, haben wir unsere Verbindungstüren jedoch immer offen und benehmen uns als 6-er WG (mit 4 Bädern und 2 Küchen). Wir legen viel Wert darauf, dass wir keine Zweck-WG sind und kochen gerne abends zusammen, schauen einen Film oder gehen auch mal weg. Der Grimberg ist ein Wohnheim, wo immer etwas los ist und man auch mit den Nachbarn leicht Freundschaften schließt. Deine Mitbewohner wären Valeria, 25, (Mathe und Französisch) und Nadia, 30, (Englisch und SoWi), beide auf Lehramt. Auf der anderen Seite wohnen Marina, 25, Biologie im Master, Josha, 19 (Deutsch und Sport) und Chris, 19 (Maschinenbau dual).
Valeria wird zum Winter ausziehen und es wäre mit deine Aufgabe mir einen netten neuen Mitbewohner auszusuchen.

In the Grimberg there are mostly 3-room apartments, which are always paired and connected by a joint entrance. As I've written, we get along with our neighbours so well that we have opened our connecting doors and live as a 6 room apartment. It is very important to us that we are room mates that get along well. We cook together sometimes, watch movies or go out together. The Grimberg is a place where you can always meet people, sit together or visit neighbours. There is quite a nice community feeling.
Your room mates would be Valeria, 25, (Maths and French), Nadia, 30, (English and Social Studies), Marina, 25, (Biology masters), Josha, 19, (sports and german) and Chris, 19, (engineering).
Valeria will move out sometime in the winter and you would be part of the process to chose a new room mate.

Da ich nur zur Zwischenmiete gehe, ist es mir wichtig, dass du mein Zimmer und meine Möbel gut behandelst. D.h. bitte auch im Zimmer nicht rauchst und eine gewisse Grund-Sauberkeit bewahren kannst.

Beim Auszugstermin bin ich relativ flexibel. Ende Juli, Ende August oder auch Ende September wird alles möglich sein, aber wenn du vorher ausziehen möchtest, kriegst du 3 Monate Kündigungsfrist oder müsstest selber mit meinen Mitbewohnern zusammen einen Nachmieter finden, da ich aus Rom nur schlecht suchen kann.

Since I only rent the room out for the year I am going abroad myself, it is important to me that you treat my room and my furniture well. That includes not to smoke anywhere in the apartment and keeping a certain cleanness.

I am quite flexible with the moving-out date. End of july, end of august or end of september is all fine with me, but if you want to move out before, you have a period of notice of three months unless you find - together with my room mates - someone new. That is because I cannot really look for new room mates from Rome.
