Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem freundlichen Altbau Haus in dem auch andere Studenten und Junge Menschen Wohnen. Man profitiert vom diversen supermärkten und der SBahn die gleich ums Eck fährt.

Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, so dass man direkt einziehen und sich wohl fühlen kann, ohne sich um den Kauf neuer Möbel kümmern zu müssen. (Bett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch mit Sessel) Es sind alle Geräte vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschank, Mixer und mehr! Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein getrenntes WC
