The room with sleeping, living, and working area is located on the 1st floor (east side) of the family house. Accessible via the main entrance. Two large windows provide plenty of daylight. Equipped with laminate flooring and two radiators.
The bathroom with shower is located on the same floor, as well as a pantry with refrigerator and another shared room. The room will be rented furnished.

Döner, Pizza usw., Bushaltestelle (Richtung Hannover/Langenhagen/Neustadt), Schwimmbad, Badeseen und Erholungsgebiete, Kino sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar.

Quiet residential area with very good public transport. Parking spaces on the Melanchthonstraße. Shopping possibilities (Edeka, NP, Rossmann uvm.), div. restaurants u.a. Döner, pizza, etc., bus stops (direction Hannover/Langenhagen/Neustadt), public swimming pool, lakes for bathing and recreation, and cinema are reachable in a few minutes by foot or by bike.
Also, the mechanical engineering campus of the University of Hannover (PZH) and the campus of the Chamber of Crafts Hannover as well as the companies Johnson Controls, Continental, and Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge are close by.
