We have a lovely room available for three months in the beautiful Schöneberg.
16m room with double bed, desk, wardrobe and plenty of storage space. WiFi is included which is super fast and also a LAN connection is provided.
In between the other bedrooms and living areas are the kitchen and big bathroom (shower and bath) which is right next to the available room making the bathroom area slightly more personal.
The living area is very large with 3D projector to watch movies when socialising with the other roommates.
Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß und mit Parkettboden ausgestattet. Da sich das Zimmer zum Innenhof befindet ist es unglaublich ruhig gelegen und man bekommt von der Straße und dem "Club", der sich EG befindet, überhaupt nichts mit. Das Zimmer liegt im hinteren Teil der Wohnung und dich trennen Bad, Küche mit Flur und Wohnzimmer von deinen Mitbewohnern. Somit ist auch viel Raum für Privatsphäre gegeben. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert (Bett, Regale (für Kleidung), Schreibtisch, etc.). Guter WLAN Empfang, allerdings gibt es auch einen LAN-Anschluss im Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig geschnitten (133qm, großes Bad inkl. Dusche und Badewanne, große Küche mit Essecke, langer Flur, großes und gemütliches Wohnzimmer sowie Balkon), super schön und hat die unkompliziertesten Nachbarn, die man sich vorstellen kann. Die Wohnung wurde vor Einzug im Jahr 2013 komplett renoviert. In den angegebenen Kosten ist neben Strom, Gas und Internet auch eine Reinigungskraft enthalten.
You will be staying in the lovely Schöneberg area. Its quiet but lively. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance of the flat. The U7 ubahn Eisenacher str. is located one minute walk away from the apartment. There is also a supermarket and convenience stores within a minutes walk. Volkspark is 10 minutes walk away which is a great place to hang out and chill.
Die Wohnung Liegt im schönsten Teil Schönebergs, im Akazienkiez. Die Verkehrsanbindung könnte kaum besser sein. Zum U-Bahnhof Eisenacher Str. (U7) ist es 1 Minute Fußweg. Das Haus liegt ziemlich genau zwischen den beiden U-Bahn-Aufgängen. Verschiedene Buslinien fahren quasi direkt vor der Tür ab. Supermärkte, Spätis, Obst- und Gemüseläden, sowie mehrere Restaurants Kneipen und Pubs sind gleich um die Ecke. Bis zum Volkspark Schöneberg sind es zu fuß nur ca. 10 min. Der Park bietet sich optimal für kürzere Jogging-Sessions (6-9km) oder längere Spaziergänge an.
You will be staying with Alex and Julian who are both German but speak fluent English. They are both very relaxed guys who work during the day which means more privacy for yourself.
When they are home in the evening they like to relax and socialise which you would be welcome to join. Theyre super friendly!
Du wohnst mit Alex und Julian zusammen. Beide sind extrem unkompliziert und offen. Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG, sondern hat mehr familiären Charakter. Das aber bedeutet nicht, dass wir nonstop zusammenhocken müssen ;) jeder hat die Möglichkeit sein eigenes Ding zu machen. Beide sind berufstätig und somit in den meisten Fällen tagsüber am arbeiten.
