Ich ziehe aus und suche ab 1.August oder früher händeringend einen Nachmieter, der meine Wohnung übernimmt. Sie befindet sich im 10.OG eines Plattenbaus und ist extrem ruhig und warm mit Badewanne, aber ohne Balkon. Ich möchte meinen Schwebetürenschrank, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank nicht mitnehmen, gegen eine Gebühr von 500 Euro kann der Nachmieter diese Sachen behalten. Außerdem kann ich nach Vereinbarung auch andere Regale in der Küche lassen. Achtung, der Vermieter braucht einen Wohnberechtigungsschein! Es ist eine WBS Wohnung!

gute Verkehrsanbindung zum Alexanderplatz mit dem Bus 200 in 15 min(perfekt für HU-Studenten), 10 min zu Fuß bis Greifswalder str. und 2 Busstationen bis zur M10. In 10min Fußmarsch gibt es Penny,Lidl,Kaisers,Netto,Rewe,Rossmann,dm,Post,Allnatura,Postbank.

Der Mieter muss bei der Übernahme Kaution bezahlen von ca. 800 euro, kontakt mit mir ist am besten via mail
Übrigens gibt es drei Parks in der Gegend: Volkspark Friedrichshain, Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg und ein kleiner Park, dessen Name ich nicht kenne :) ist sehr grün und ruhig!
