Das Zimmer ist ca. 10qm groß und liegt in der 3ten Etage im Wohnheim der TU München an der Vöttinger Straße. Es ist möbliert - Bett + Matratze, "begehbarer Schrank", Schreibtisch und Stuhl - sind vorhanden. Ein kleiner Balkon (ca. 3qm) mit Westausrichtung gehört mit dazu.
Die Küche ist großzügig ausgestattet und ist zur Mitbenutzung mit den anderen Bewohnern. Ebenso verhält es sich mit dem Bad.
The bedroom is in a student residence of TU München, located right next to the university. It has about 10sqm and is in the 3rd floor. It is fully furnished - bed + mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is a small balcony with direction to the west. Kitchen and bathroom are to share with the neighbours of the floor.
Das Wohnheim liegt direkt neben der TU in Weihenstephan. Die Bushaltestelle Weihenstephan ist in maximal 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Innenstadt von Freising erreicht man in ca. 10 - 15 Gehminuten, in etwas unter 1 Stunde ist man in München HBF ( etwas davon abhängig, ob gerade S-Bahn oder Regionalbahn verkehrt).
The student residence is located right next to the university in Weihenstephan. The bus stop is about 2 minutes walking away. Downtown can be reached walking about 10-15min. Munich is about 1 hour by S-Bahn or regional train.
Gesucht wird jemand zur Zwischenmiete ab Anfang August ( spätestens ab 5.8 - 7.8) bis Ende September.
Ordnung versteht sich von selbst. Dies gilt insbesondere bei der Mitbenutzung der gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten Küche und Bad.
Da ich zur Zeit etwas beschäftigt bin, bitte ich dich, die Kontaktaufnahme per Email vorzunehmen. Ich werde mich dann sehr zeitnah melden!
The bedroom is available latest August 5 or 7 until end of September. You should be able to keep the room clean and especially the shared kitchen and bathroom. Please contact me by email. I'll respond soon!
