Die Zimmer sind ca. 12 und 9 qm groß, neuer, heller Teppichboden, möbliert (Schrank, Bett, Tische, Lampen, Schreibtisch, Regale etc.). Sie sind freundlich und ruhig. Dazu gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer teilt man sich. Die KÜche hat eine Spülmaschine, die Waschmaschine steht im Keller.
Die Miete beträgt pauschal 350€ incl.. Telefon usw. müsst ihr selbst bezahlen.
Embsen liegt 8,3 km von der Lüneburger Uni entfernt (gerade Strecke), mit dem Auto sind das 10 Min. Ein Bus nach Lüneburg fährt fast vor der Haustür.
Ich bin 55 Jahre alt, berufstätig, Akademikerin, Vegetarierin. Ich wohne im oberen Stockwerk. Ich stelle mir ein freundliches Miteinander vor.
