Das eigene Zimmer ist 14qm, dazu gibt es aber noch eine große Wohnküche 24 qm. 2 Bäder eines mit Badewanne und eines mit Dusche gibt es in der Wohnung...
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr hell.
Es gibt ein Bett, schrank, Tisch. Eigene Möbel können aber auch gern genutzt werden.
Fotos werden bei Interesse verschickt.
Direkt am Görlitzer Park, mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür, die U-Bahnstation Schlesisches Tor ist auch nicht weit. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr hell.
Jede 2. Woche leben 2 Kinder in der Wohnung.
Es ist keine Party wg und kein hostel.
Gern mal gemeinsam vegan kochen, wenns passt, aber kein zwang...
Alles weitere kann man beim Kennenlernen klären.
Schreibt am besten kurz eine Email und stellt euch auch kurz vor und lest bitte vorher die Anzeige. Ich suche nur eine Person pro Zimmer ( Teilzeitkind ist kein Problem), aber keine Pärchen, FreundInnen oder andere Leute die sich ein Zimmer teilen wollen. Auch kein Babysitter , Au-Pair oder ähnliches. Die kinder sind 12 und 14 und selbstständig.
