I am looking for a new flatmate starting from the age of 27 years, start from 15.10.20 – The room I am renting out is around 21 square meters big (whole appartment ca 65 square meters) furnished, very bright, has a direct access to the balcony and is located in Schwachhausen.
The flat is pretty close to the tram stop “Emmastraße” (line 6). Hence the University as well as the city center can be reached within ca. 6 minutes.
However, there a shopping facilities (Rewe/ Edeka) within spitting distance.
Rent: 360€ Additional costs: 30€ Energy: 45€ deposit: 1000€
