Das Haus ist zentral gelegen direkt am Westpark.
Zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad durch den Westpark sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland, Aldi und Lidl schnell zu erreichen.
TH und Innenstadt sind ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Außerdem gibt es eine direkte Zuganbindung (AC-Schanz) und sehr gute Busverbindungen (eine Haltestelle ist nur 100 m entfernt). So ist z.B. das RWTH Erweiterungsgelände mit Klinikum mit dem Bus in nur 7 min zu erreichen.
Die WG besteht aktuell aus den beiden sehr freundlichen TH-Studentinnen Hanxi (China) und Nini (Georgien).
