Hallo zusammen,
ich suche eine(n) Untermieter(in) für meine 1-Zimmerwohnung in der Rautenstr. in Nordhausen.
Die Wohnung hat 30m² und es gibt 1 Wohn-und Schlafraum, Balkon, seperate Küche, Bad und Flur, die Wohnung ist auch schon komplett eingerichtet dh. du müsstest dich nicht um Möbel,Waschmaschine etc kümmern =).
Die Miete beträgt 285,00€ warm inkl. Strom, Wasser und Internet.
Falls du interesse hast, so melde dich doch einfach bei mir =)

Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt optimal, sie liegt mitten in der Innenstadt: die Straßenbahn ist nur 1 min. entfernt, die Neue Marktpassage liegt 3 min entfernt und selbst zur Südharzgallerie brauchst du mit der S-Bahn nur 4 min, zur Hochschule kannst du problemlos mit dem Bus fahren oder wie ich es auch gerne im Somme mache, einfach laufen =)
Große Anforderungen an dich habe ich nicht, außer NICHT in der Wohnung zu rauchen (falls du ein raucher bist), da es eine Nicht-Raucher Wohnung ist. Auf dem Balkon kann aber gerne geraucht werden =).
Ansonsten soll die Wohnung nur so wieder hinterlassen werden, wie du sie vorgefunden hast, was aber eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte.
WICHTIG:
Es ist auch möglich, die Wohnung nur für das SS 16 zu nehmen =))
