Hallo!
Mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Kisselberg wird nächsten Monat frei. Nun suche ich nach einer/einem Nachmieter(in). Hier ins Studentenwohnheim kann man nur einziehen, wenn man an der Uni oder Hochschule eingeschrieben ist (man muss zwangsläufig Student/in sein). (You have to be a student to live here!)
Mein Zimmer ist etwa 12,5 m² groß und möbliert: Bett, Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Tisch und Stuhl sind vorhanden. Du hast auch einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die WG hat insgesamt vier Zimmer, außerdem eine Küche, ein WC und ein Bad mit Dusche.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner heißen Maximilian und Antonia. Antonia studiert Psychologie, Maximilian Sport... Sie sind beide sehr nett! Bisher hat im dritten Zimmer immer ein(e) Erasmusstudent(in) gewohnt, für den internationalen Flair ist also auch gesorgt! :)
Ich habe fast zwei Jahre hier gewohnt und mich immer wohl gefühlt. Schön am Wohnheim Kisselberg ist, dass es ziemlich neu ist (2013 fertig gebaut) und dass man sich im Sommer wunderbar draußen auf der Wiese aufhalten kann. Außerdem ist man sehr schnell an der Hochschule bzw. Uni!
Wir haben hier am Wohnheim auch eine kleine Bar, an der im Semester eigentlich fast jeden Mittwoch Barabende stattfinden.

Ich werde kein WG-Casting veranstalten, d.h. die erste interessierte Person, die das Zimmer ab März übernehmen kann, bekommt das Zimmer. Bitte seid so nett und sagt mir (auch in eurer ersten Nachricht), ob ihr schon Anfang März (oder zumindest Mitte März) einziehen könnt! Lasst euch von den Bildern nicht abschrecken, ich habe es mir hier schön eingerichtet (ihr könnt natürlich auch noch Möbel dazu stellen...)!
Information in English: I'm looking for someone to take over my room in the student residence "Kisselberg" (if possible starting from the month of March!). I've lived here for two years and I must say that it's a great place to live (especially if you study at the Hochschule, it is very close, but it's also close to the university). You will share the apartment with three other people, two of them I know already and I can guarantee you that they are nice (and clean) room mates :) Most of the rooms in Kisselberg are individual rooms, but I preferred this apartment because it's less anonymous... Kisselberg is very nice in summer as well because we have enough space outside to lie down on the grass or to sit on a bench and relax in the sun :) If you want some company, you can go downstairs to our bar (there are parties every Wednesday during the semester), but don't worry, it's far enough from your room so that you won't hear the noise... ;)
Don't worry about how empty the room looks, I really managed to make my room look nice (I brought additional furniture and decoration). Also, Kisselberg is the newest students' residence in Mainz (it was built in 2013).
