Oneroom flat near city center or in 30 minutes' walk from Templergraben or just located in the district of Aachen.It may contain a bed,a bathroom and a place for cooking or a shared kitchen.I hope the rent would be between 200-400euro.The rent may contain fees of gas,water,electricity and I hope it's warmmiete and furnished.The tenancy term would be at about 6 months.I can move in at 2016/03/28 or before 2016/04/01.
