ab dem 1.9. vermiete ich mein komplett möbliertes Apartment in Oberbilk zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Universität.
Im 5. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses (mit Aufzug) liegt das Apartment ruhig zum Hof gelegen. Daher ist es angenehm ruhig. Wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, wird das Apartment komplett hochwertig möbliert übergeben. Es werden jedoch genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und Stauräume geboten, sodass ggf. auch ein Pärchen genug Platz hätte.
Die Highlights sind sicherlich das moderne Badezimmer und der Balkon zum Innenhof, auf dem so einige Sonnenstunden genossen werden können.

On 5th floor of an apartment building (with lift) lies the apartment to the quite courtyard side. Therefore sleeping while leaving the windows open is not a problem. As you can see on the pictures the apartment will be rented out with high quality complete furniture. There is enough of sitting possibilities and storage room so that a couple would have enough space.
Highlights are the modern bathroom as welll as the balcony to the courtyard.
The length of the rent is flexible but a minium of 3 months is required.
Das Apartment liegt in Oberbilk in der Nähe des Lessingplatzes. Die Gegend bietet ausgezeichnete Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsanbindungen.
