Durch die nahe gelegene S-Bahn Station Greifswalder Straße besteht eine hervorragende Verkehrsanbindung. Gleich um die Ecke finden sich außer einem Park auch verschiedene Lebensmittelgeschäfte, ein Einkaufszentrum und ein Bio-Supermarkt. Der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist auch ganz in der Nähe.

The room is only to be awarded to an individual, not to couples or friends. Your roommates are about your age and usually, like you, quite new in Berlin: for a semester, an internship or a new job. We like an international and intermixture, but are not dogmatic in the selection. If you match our "criteria", we rent it very easily. Of course, a visit to the current tenants is possible. But expect that there may be changes in the workforce until your arrival.

The WG and of course your room is fully furnished. Both dishes, bed linen and everything you need for life is available. Of course there is also internet. An application is of course possible (and also necessary in Berlin).

Das Zimmer ist nur an eine Einzelperson zu vergeben, nicht an Paare oder Freunde. Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind etwa in deinem Alter und in der Regel, so wie Du, recht neu in Berlin: für ein Semster, ein Praktikum oder eine neue Arbeit. Wir mögen eine internationale und Durchmischung, sind aber in der Auswahl nicht dogmatisch. Wenn du unseren "Kriterien" entspricht, dann vermieten wir ganz unkompliziert. Natürlich ist eine Besichtigung über die aktuellen Mieter*innen möglich. Aber rechne damit dass es bis zu deinem Einzug vielleicht noch Wechsel in der Belegschaft geben wird.

Die WG und natürlich auch Dein Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Sowohl Geschirr, Bettwäsche und alles was es zum Leben braucht ist vorhanden. Natürlich gibt es auch Internet. Eine Anmeldung ist selbstverständlich möglich (und in Berlin auch erforderlich).
