Ab April suche für mein Zimmer mit Balkon (!) eine*n neue*n Mieter*in.
Durch ein großes Fenster und die Balkontür ist das Zimmer sehr hell. Das Zimmer hat insgesamt ca. 15 m² (13m² der Raum an sich und 2m² ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank :) Außerdem bietet der Balkon mit ca. 4m² (Richtung Süd-Westen) viel Platz zum Entspannen im Frühjahr, Sommer und Herbst.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbeliert. Das Hochbett ist fest eingebaut und der große weiße IKEA PAX Kleiderschrank passt ideal in die Kammer, die sich direkt am Zimmer befindet. Aus diesem Grund bleiben Bett und Schrank gegen einen Abschlag im Zimmer.

Deine 3 Mitbewohnerinnen studieren an der Viadrina und freuen sich auf eine*n nette*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in. Ab und an treffen wir uns alle in unserer großen (!) Wohnküche auf einen Kaffee oder zum Essen, aber genauso gut kann man auch die Tür hinter sich zu machen und sich zurückziehen. Im Sommer wurde auch des Öfteren mal auf dem Balkon gegrillt :)
Die Wohnung ist generell sehr groß, hat hohe Decken und 2 Bäder!
Mit den Nachbarn hatten wir noch keine Probleme, sind alle ganz nett.
Wir haben gelegentlich Freunde zu Besuch, sind aber keine Party-WG.

The flat contains a huge kitchen, where we often have coffee or dinner together,
and two bathrooms!
Your three flatmates are students, very nice and uncomplicated.
We sometimes have friends over, but it's also fine to do your stuff.
PS. Due to a built-in loft bed you shouldn't have fear of hights..
