Hallo,
ich möchte gerne mein Einzelappartement (keine WG) vom 01.01. bis 31.01. vermieten, da ich während dieser Zeit verreise.
Das Appartement ist komplett möbliert, das heißt Dinge wie ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Esstisch, Schrank und Regale sind vorhanden und können alle benutzt werden. Eine Küchenzeile mit den lebensnotwendigen Geräten ist auch vorhanden.
Dinge wie Bettbezüge, Handtücher oÄ. können selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden.
(Es ist auch möglich die Wohnung zu zweit zu bewohnen. Eine zweite Matratze gibt es auch)
Das Appartement befindent sich in 2 Gehminuten entfernt von der U-Bahnstation "Mendelssohn Bartholdypark". Eine Station entfernt befindet
sich der Potsdamer Platz, an dem man alles Nötige besorgen kann. Der große Park am Gleisdreieck ist auch in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Da ich das Appartement nur untervermiete und selbst nicht anwesend sein werde, wird es kein Casting oder ähnliches stattfinden. Wer zuerst kommt mahlt zuerst :)
Besichtigungen sind im Moment nach Absprache zwischen dem 18.12 - 20.12. möglich und am 30.12 - 31.12. Wer Interesse hat, kann mich gerne telefonisch erreichen oder mir einfach eine Nachricht schreiben.

I will rent my flat from 01.01. bis 31.12.It is a single apparement, so there are no further flatmembers. All furnitures (bed, cupboard, table etc.) can be used for sure.
The flat is at the station Mendelssohn Barholdy Park (U2) one station to Potsdamer Platz.
