The room is 12 sq. m. having two big windows facing east, you get the morning sunlight everyday straight on the bed. There is a big wardrobe, dressing table, bed with mattress, glass table, another mini side table and a revolving chair. Pretty much everything necessary. Floor is covered in dark brown wooden texture, I have always liked it.
There is a bathtub, kitchen has a oven, microwave, toaster and a dishwasher as well.
Location: Best thing of all. Konstablerwache is one minute on foot. So you can actually get pretty much everything you need anytime.
Aldi at 45 sec, Penny 2-3 mins, Rewe (MyZeil) 5 mins,
Since zeil is 1 min from the apartment, late night food, restaurants, bars, clothing store, medical store, pet store, whatever store you need, all is within 5--10 mins by foot.
Alex and Thomas, both work in banks. Both speak German and English fluently. Thomas speaks arabic as well. They are cool guys in their own way. We talk whenever we are in the kitchen, watch football sometimes, go out and hang around or do grocery shopping together. Guys are good, never had any problem.
The apartment/building rules are straight.
It is strictly a no party apartment (the whole apartment building).
No loud music, esp. after 10pm. Cleaning of the apartment has to be taken care of. A cleaning lady comes every Tuesday but the kitchen and bathroom has to be in a decent condition everyday. Just leave it as you found and all is good :)
