Wir sind auf der Suche nach neuen Gesichtern für unserer wundervollen WG zum 01.02.2019!
Die Zimmer sind ca 14 qm groß. Im Zimmer hast du einen Internet-Anschluss (Kabel - du kannst dir aber natürlich einen Router/Wlan einrichten) und irgendeinen Fernseh-Anschluss. Möbel werden vom Studentenwerk gestellt. (Tisch, Regal, Stuhl, Bett und Schrank auf dem Flur). Die WG hat ansonsten ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender offener Küche, einen Balkon zum Innenhof, der sich bestens zum Frühstücken in der Sonne eignet, 2 Bäder (mit Badewanne+Dusche+WC) und du hast zusätzlich noch einen Kleiderschrank auf dem Flur.I nternet, Heizung, Wasser etc sind in der Miete abgedeckt. Waschen kostet 1,50€.
The room is 14 sqm. You have internet in your room (cable, but you can just buy a router for wifi) and some kind of tv-connection. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, shelves and a chair.The flat also has a big living room with an open kitchen, a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, 2 bathrooms and you also have another wardrobe on the corridor.Internet, Heating, Water etc are included in the rent. Laundry is 1,50€.
Lage
Das Studentenwohnheim in der Vorstraße liegt in Uni-Nähe. In 15 Minuten bist du zu Fuß dort; mit Bus oder Fahrrad noch schneller. Die Straßenbahnanbindung ist gut. Mit der Linie 6 bist du in 15 Minuten in der Stadt, auch die Linie 4 fährt regelmäßig. Diverse Supermärkte sind mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen.
The studenthousing at Vorstraße is very close to university. You get there within 15 minutes on foot, with the bus or bicycle you are even faster.The infrastructure is good. With tram 6 your reach the citycentre in 15 minutes and there are other busses and trams too.There are plenty of supermarkets you can reach by tram or bicycle.

Wir suchen jemand langfristiges!
Unsere WG ist sehr freundschaftlich, wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, kochen gemeinsam, schauen Filme oder gehen aus. Manchmal machen wir Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad ins Blockland, ins Theater oder ähnliches. Wir haben gerne Besuch von Partner*innen, Nachbar*innen und anderen Freund*innen. Du findest hier aber natürlich auch Ruhe und Zeit für dich, wenn dir danach ist. Wir suchen Mitbewohner*innnen die Lust auf Miteinander-Wohnen haben und Interesse daran haben das Zusammenleben mitzugestalten.

We also like to invite friends, neighbours, partners to our place. But of course you will also find peace and time for yourself if you feel like it.We are looking for flatmates who want to take part in living together.
