Hello!
This apartment is a beautiful space in a newly painted and renovated building, situated in front of tram line 10. Located on the top floor (sorry, no elevator!), the apartment is private and quiet, and has a wonderful amount of sunlight throughout the day. There is one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and a large open space which has been used as a dining and living room area. This apartment belonged to me and my boyfriend, both doctoral students, and we have adored our time here. The space is perfect for one person or a couple, but is unfortunately not available for two or more flatmates. However, as we are both leaving Germany, we have a great deal of furniture, glassware, and house decor which we would gratefully pass along to the next owner, which includes sofa beds for guests. We have hosted many parties and guests here, and have truly enjoyed our time here.
The location is wonderful, with quick access to tram lines 10 and 2, as well as bus 25, and is under a ten minute walk to the banhof. There is a Penny within walking distance, as well as an Indian shop, and a number of African shops and kiosks. Radio Bremen is also quite close, with a number of nice restaurants in that direction. We also have the park close by, if you enjoy a jog!
Within the building, there is space to park bikes, as well as a locked personal storage closet. There is a space for a laundry machine, however, we chose to use the laundromat nearby. Within the apartment itself, we also have an attic, which can store several suitcases, furniture, etc.
Some of the rent costs are approximations, please give me a day or two to determine them with the house managers. Also, if anyone needed to move in early, that would be no problem at all. Just contact me regarding the details!
We are looking for someone to take this offer as soon as possible, however, we would greatly prefer someone who is willing to negotiate our available furniture, as it would ease our moving process! Please write if you are interested!
