Das Zimmer hat ca 18qm, es ist mit einem großen Einbauschrank und Bett versehen. Es gibt ausreichend Stauraum.
Die Wohnung ist 2-stöckig - die Küche und das Wohnzimmer liegen im 3. OG und die Zimmer im 4. OG. Eine Wendeltreppe führt in den 2. Stock. Das Zimmer, welches noch frei ist, ist etwas dunkler, deshalb eher für jemanden geeignet der sich am Morgen nicht gerne von der Sonne wecken lässt und es gerne ruhig hat - von der Straße her hört man keinen Lärm und es ist sehr gemütlich.
Von der Temperatur her ist es optimal, im Winter nie zu kalt und im Sommer nie zu heiß.
The room is appr. 18sqm, and it has a big closet and a bed. There is plenty of storage room.
The apartment is two-storied, the kitchen and the living room are on the 3rd floor and the rooms are on the 4th. The stories are connected by a spiral staircase. The temperature in the spare room is ideal, never too cold in winter and not too hot in the summer.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal.
Die WU liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die U2 ist in 3 min entfernt, auch die U1 ist in 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Man kann also mit Leichtigkeit das Zentrum der Stadt erreichen, sowie auch die Donauinsel oder der Prater sind gleich ums Eck.
Voll super an der Wohnung ist, dass der Ilgplatz genau vor den Fenstern ist. der ist nicht stark befahren und gleichzeitig bietet er einen großen Freiraum wenn man rausschaut.
The location of the apartment is ideal, only 3min by foot to the next metro station, the U2, and the U1 is also only 7min away. The Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) is right around the corner, as is the Donauinsel (Danube Island) and the Prater.
Michele und Ich sind beide 27. Michele macht gerade seinen PhD und ich arbeite im sozialen Bereich von Montag bis Donnerstag.
Wir haben es gerne gemütlich und nutzen auch die Gemeinschaftsräume gerne zusammen.
Entweder essen wir zusammen, wenn es sich ergibt, oder spielen hier und da mal ein Spiel. Wir laden manchmal Freunde ein, oder verbringen einfach nebeneinander die Zeit im Wohnzimmer.
Es ist groß genug, dass auch jeder seinen eigenen Sachen im selben Raum nachgehen kann.
Michele and I are both 28 years old.
Michele is doing his PhD's degree and I work mondays to thursdays.
We like to sit together in the common areas of the apartment, such as our big living room, cook and eat together or play a board game every once in a while. We like to invite over friends and relax together in the living room.
The apartment is big enough so that everyone can also do their own thing in the same room and not be disturbed.
Unser bisheriger Mitbewohner Daniel verlaesst aus beruflichen Gruenden Wien, daher ist bei uns ein Zimmer frei :)
Da die Whg sehr viel Platz bietet können die Sachen schon früher hier abgestellt werden, oder auch im Wohnzimmer übernachtet werden.
Komm einfach vorbei, wir freun uns auf ein Kennenlernen.

Unfortunately, Daniel found a job in a different country and has to leave us.
There is a lot of space in our apartment, so if you want to move in before the 1st of June, it is possible to sleep on the couch and to store your stuff here.
