Our big flat will be renovated as of March 2017 and I will be moving out beforehand. My nice cozy room will be available as of 23 January 2017 until 28 February 2017. It can be rented per day for 15 Euro or for the entire period of time for 300 Euro, everything included (internet, water, gas, electricity). The deposit is 75 Euro. The rooms in the flat are connected but your future room has a private entrance and nobody will be going through your room as well as you do not have to go through the rooms of anybody else. The kitchen and living room are accessible through another door, so you will be kind of having your small private apartment. The room is with furniture (a table, a chair, a bed and a big wardrobe). In the kitchen we have everything you need to cook & a dishwasher.
There is a Hofer literally across the street from the apartment . There is also a Spar, a Penny Markt, a food market, BIPA, Doener stands, McDonalds and different small restaurants and food shops . Thaliastr metro station is 3 mins walking distance from our place. You need 10 mins with the tram to reach the center.
We respect each other's privacy but go out together sometimes - not so often as we have very different schedules. One of the girls writes her PhD and another one works as a German teacher. The guy also works. Everybody is friendly, nice and approachable. They speak German, English, Bulgarian and (a bit) Russian.
