in unserer schönen Zweier-WG ist ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet und nach Süden ausgerichtet, also schön hell. Insgesamt hat das Zimmer rund 17m² und – das Beste – einen eigenen Balkon.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist auch ganz hübsch. Es gibt eine schöne große Küche mit Sitzecke und Couch, die recht praktisch für WG-Feiern ist. Außerdem ist an der Küche noch ein Balkon.
Die Miete beträgt 217€ monatlich, wobei damit schon alles abgedeckt ist, also Strom, Gas und Internet.

In our nice flat a room is free for sublease/intermediate rent.
The room is comfy and quite bright because it faces to south. It is 17m² in size and the best part: there is a balcony just for you.
The rest of the flat is quite comfortable, too. There is a big kitchen with enough space to sit, eat or throw a party.
All included (energy, gas, internet) the rent is 217€ per month.
Die Wohnung liegt in Reudnitz in der Eilenburger Straße, direkt am Lene-Voigt-Park. Man braucht ca. 15 Minuten mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad bis in die Innenstadt und rund 20 Minuten bis zur HTWK bis dem Bus. Bis zur Haltestelle braucht man nur 5 Minuten. Gleich um die Ecke sind zwei Supermärkte und eine Tankstelle. Außerdem gibt es reichlich Döner-Läden und andere Imbisse und ein wenig entfernt einige gemütliche Bars und Kneipen.
Location:
The flat is in Reudnitz (district in the eastern part of Leipzig). The street is called “Eilenburger Straße”. There is a park right next to it and the public transport is within 5 minutes reach. Using public transport one just needs 15 minutes to reach the center of Leipzig (the university is there). To get to the University of Applied Sciences one needs about 20 minutes.
There are two supermarkets and a gas stop right next to the flat and also there are plenty of fast food restaurants (kebab for example) and bars just a couple of minutes by foot.
Ich heiße Markus und studiere Maschinenbau im Master. Bisher lief in der WG alles unkompliziert. Mit meiner Mitbewohnerin habe ich ab und an gekocht und die ein oder andere WG-Feier geschmissen. Und wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben wollte, dann wurde einfach die Zimmertür zugemacht.
Am Besten ist aber, wenn Du einfach mal vorbei kommst oder wir per Skype miteinander quatschen und uns kennen lernen. Ich freu mich auf Dich!

My name is Markus and I’m studying master of mechanical engineering. With my former flatmate I used to cook sometimes and throw one or another party. But if you want to not be disturbed simply shut the door.
