gemütliches Zimmer in netter WG, 2 Balkons, unsaniert

Plagwitz ist ein hippes Viertel im Westen Leipzigs, es ist wunderschön hier zu wohnen, man hat viel Grün um sich und das Viertel ist super artsy mit Secondhand (Buch)läden, Cafés, Spätis und der Spinnerei in der Nähe.
Die Erich-Zeigner-Allee hat die perfekte Lage, zur Karl-Heine Straße sowie zum Kanal und zu den ÖPNVs sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Man hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Netto, Aldi, Biomare, Rossmann, Rewe, DM, Lidl - alles zu Fuß erreichbar ..) und viele Kneipen. In den Park braucht man nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Gegenüber ist eine Schule, sprich keine Nachbar*innen die von gegenüber ins Fenster schauen können, die Straße ist zwar gut befahren aber der Lärm hält sich in Grenzen.

Plagwitz is a hip district in West- Leipzig, it is beautiful to live here, it has a lot of green around it and the district is super artsy with second hand (book) shops, cafes, Spätis and the Spinnerei nearby.
The Erich-Zeigner-Allee has the perfect location, the Karl-Heine street as well as the canal and public transport are only 5 minutes by foot. There are many shops (Edeka, Netto, Aldi, Biomare, Rossmann, ..) and many pubs. To the park it only needs a 10minute walk. Opposite is a school, meaning no neighbors can look from across the window, the road is well traveled but the noise is limited.

Wir, Benny und Paula, bleiben in der WG. Ich bin Psychologin und am Oktober dann auch berufstätig, Benny macht gerade seinen Master in Psychologie. - okay, ja, da kann man Vorurteile haben. Aber wir sitzen nicht jeden Abend in der Küche und reden über unsere Kindheit und unsere Gefühle, seriously not ;) Wir verbringen gern Zeit zusammen in der WG, kochen, quatschen, machen IKEA-Ausflüge, haben gerne auch Leute da. Generell legen wir wert auf ein offenes und nettes Zusammenleben, wir sind schon eine Weile befreundet und wollen eine herzliche Atmosphäre in der WG weiterführen. Wir sind oft auch mal albern und hören laut Musik, machen aber immer den Abwasch und ein gut funktionierendes Putzsystem gibt es auch. Wir kaufen vieles gemeinsam, zum Beispiel Nudeln, Obst und Gemüse, Waschmittel und so weiter. Sprich: Wir sind alles andere als eine Zweck WG. Trotzdem hat natürlich jeder sein eigenes Leben und seine eigenen Bedürfnisse und wir hocken auch nicht den ganzen Tag aufeinander, ganz im Gegenteil, wir sind auch relativ oft unterwegs.
Noch ein paar Random facts: Benny liebt Britney Spears und Rihanna, ich bin für 60s/70s und 80s (Alternative, am liebsten Richtung Echo and the Bunnyman und The Cure) & HipHop zu haben - aber bad taste geht auch immer, Techno/House für uns beide sowieso. Benny ernährt sich hauptsächlich von Chips. Ich kann nicht singen, tue es aber trotzdem recht häufig. Benny ist nebenbei auch der Freundeskreis/Wg Friseur. Ich schreibe und fotografiere in verschiedenen Projekten.
Was man wissen muss: die Wohnung ist schon recht hellhörig. Benny hört gern bassig Musik, was mich vor allem dann nervt, wenn ich schlafen will (manchmal bin ich halt doch eher gefühlte 60 als 25). Weitere fun Facts: wir sind beide Vegetarier*innen und Benny trinkt keinen Alkohol. Wir gehen Samstagabend entweder exzessiv aus oder leben das Renter-Life im Bett mit Eis uns Serienmarathon - feel free to join!
Noch eine nicht so unwichtige side note: Rassistisches, sexistisches und anderes diskriminierendes Verhalten tolerieren wir nicht.

We, Benny and Paula, stay in the flat. Im a psychologist and will soon start working, Benny is doing his masters in psychology - one can have prejudices. But we do not sit in the kitchen every night and talk about our childhood and our feelings, seriously not ;) We like to spend time together in the apartment, cooking, chatting, doing IKEA trips, and having people there too. In general, we wish for an open and nice living together, we have been friends for a while and want to continue a warm atmosphere in the apartment. We are silly quite often and sometimes listen to loud music, but always do the dishes and there is a well-functioning cleaning system
We buy lots of stuff together, like pasta, fruits and vegetables, detergents and so on. So: We are anything but a purpose shared flat. Of course, everyone has their own life and their own needs, and we do not spend the whole day sticking to each other, on the contrary, we are also on the road quite often.

Benny feeds mainly on chips. I can not sing, but I do it quite often.
What you need to know: the apartment is poorly soundproofed. Benny likes to listen to bass music, which annoys me especially when I want to sleep (sometimes I'm just more like 60 than 25), but sometimes we spontaneously put in small flatmate parties at two in the morning and dance in the kitchen , Other fun facts: we are both vegetarians and Benny does not drink alcohol. We either go out on Saturday night excessively or live the pensioner Life in bed with ice cream and serial marathon - feel free to join!
In the end, we are probably a typical student flat share, just come by and get to know us.

You have to know that we won't tolerate racist and sexist ans other discriminative behaviour in our flat.

Die Nachbar*innen sind alle sehr nett, es gibt ein Keller- und Dachbodenabteil (Man kann sogar waghalsig aufs Dach klettern und über den Clarapark schauen). Was du noch wissen solltest: ab und zu haben wir Airbnb-Gäste.
Achja, das Zimmer ist ab Oktober frei, Anfang November Einzug wäre auch kein Problem.

The neighbors are all very nice, there is a basement and attic compartment (you can even dared to climb the roof and look over the city). What else you should know: now and then we have Airbnb guests.
Oh yes, the room is basically free at October, early November move-in would be no problem.
