Da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe, suche eine/einen nette/n Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung ist sofort bezugsfrei. Man braucht sich um nichts zu kümmern. Alle Möbeln sind schon drin. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit: Einbauküche, Mini-Offen, Fernseher, Schrank, Bett, Sofa, Esstisch, Stühle, ein paar Regale und zwei Kommoden. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, weil ein Waschsalon sich direkt 1 min von der Wohnung entfernt befindet.
Bei der angegebenen Miete handelt es sich um Warmmiete inkl. Heiz- und Stromkosten.

You can move in almost immediately and don't need to look for new furniture. There is a small a kitchen, a mini oven, a TV, a closet, a bed, a couch, a table, chairs and 2 commodes. No washing machine is installed, as there is a laundry service just near the building.
The rent includes heating and electricity expenses.
Die Lage ist einfach genial. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Maxvorstadt: 2 min von der U-Bahnstation Theresienstraße entfernt, 5 min zu Fuß bis zu TUM und 8 min mit der U-Bahn bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Super praktisch gibt es direkt unten im Haus einen Supermarkt. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind: Rossman, Bäckereien, Apotheken, Kiosk, Reinigung, Schneiderei, Frisör, Bäckerei, Sparkasse, Pizzeria/Döner, McDonalds.
The location is amazing. The flat is located centrally in the district called Maxvorstadt. Just 2 min away from the subway station called Theresienwiese, 5 min away from the University TU and 8 min away from the central railway station by the subway. Just near the building you can find all you need for life: Rossman, bakery, pharmacy , laundry service, hair stylist, ATM, Pizzeria/Döner, McDonalds.

Wohnungsbesichtigungen werden flexibel und zeitnah terminiert.
Es handelt sich um einen Untermietvertrag, der aber wie normaler Mietvertrag gelebt wird.
