I am renting my room for a month. I have a huge sofa which can be opened up to a bed and a very comfortable mattress. I also have an antique wooden wardrobe which you can use. The room is facing the street so it is very bright when the sun is shining.
The apartment is in Shillerkiez, next to Tempelhofer feld and Hasenheide is also in walking distance. There is a bunch of cool bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood and at the corner there is a farmers market on the weekends. The next U-Bahn station is Boddinstrasse, it's about 5mins walk.
I have a very cool flatmate, who will be here in the other room. We don't really have cleaning plan in place but we try to keep the place tidy, a dishwasher in the kitchen is a major help in that. I also have a few plants which need some water time to time.
If you need the room a few days earlier I can solve it :)
