Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 59 m² groß und hat neben den zwei Schlafzimmern noch einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Sofa, der sich perfekt für WG-Abende eignet!
Die Wohnung befindet befindet sich Vor dem Nienburger Tor, in der Nähe des Alten Rathaus und ist nur 5 Gehminuten von Penny und Lidl entfernt und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist innerhalb einer Minute zu erreichen.
Über mich: Ich, Andrea, bin 20 Jahre alt, studiere Immobilienwirtschaft im 3. Semester und bin auf der Suche nach einer aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohnerin, da meine jetzige leider wegen eines Studiengangwechsels auszieht. Ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn du nicht nur nach einer Zweck-WG suchst, sondern auch nach jemandem mit dem man mal gemütliche WG-Abende verbringen oder Party machen kann! Aber auch sonst bietet die WG natürlich auch genug Privatsphäre.
