Großes Zimmer, schöne dunkle Holzböden, Holzbalken in den Wänden und Decken sind perfekt für die Montage von Regalen, TVs, Gemälde und vieles mehr. Ein großes Fenster, hohe Decken. Historisches Gebäude.
Die Lage liegt direkt am Cafe Quirinus und direkt neben Immergrun und Wein Tanne. Aldi ist 2 min entfernt, und andere Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Bedürfnisse sind 5 min entfernt, maximal. Zugang zu allen Stadtmitten Transport bei <5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die beiden anderen Mieter sind Studenten, und die Wohnung ist freundlich, obwohl Privatsphäre leicht zugänglich ist. Die Wände und Türen sind dick, wenn man sich selbst isolieren will, aber die Küche ist ein guter Raum für die Interaktion nach einem langen Tag.
Das Zimmer wird nicht eingerichtet, aber ein Deal für die Couch oder die Garderobe könnte verhandelt werden, wenn man will.
