Hallo an alle da draußen,
wir suchen noch nette Mitbewohner für unsere WG im heißen Stadtteil von Leipzig! Es gibt mehrere MÖBLIERTE Zimmer in der riesigen Wohnung. Normal groß für 222 € bis etwas größer für 259€. Heizung ist schon inklusive. Zwischenmiete ab sechs Monaten möglich. Alles ist frisch renoviert, ein großer schöner Altbau mit vielen Studenten WGs. Es ist Teppich, aber darunter sind Dielen, die kann man frei legen. Im Hof Platz für Fahrräder und im Sommer ein Grillplatz möglich!
Die Gegend war noch vor ein paar Jahren nicht auf dem Radar der meisten Leute, jetzt schießen überall Bars und Restaurants aus dem Boden. Eine ehemalige S-Bahn-Strecke gegenüber wird zu einem Hochpark umfunktioniert, an jeder Ecke tut sich was. Und wer in die Innenstadt will, in 15 Minuten ist man mit der Straßenbahn, die um die Ecke fährt, da.

Hey there,
we're looking for nice flatmates for our a shared flat in one of Leipzig's hotspots. It is a huge flat in a lovely old building and we've got several FURNISHED rooms left. The rooms are ranging from a smaller one (222€) to a bigger one (259€ per month). Heating is included. Interim rent from six month is possible. Everything is clean and freshly renovated. Under the carpet are floorboards, that can be reveiled. There are a lot of shared flats lived-in by students and the whole atmosphere is relaxed and layed back.In the yard lots of space for bikes and in the summer a place for barbecure is possible!
Our area is upcoming and always changing: A lot of restaurants and student bars are opening up. The Tram is just around the corner and within 15 minutes you can reach the center of town.
Just drop by and we'll see if it works. You could move in right now!
