Hallo zusammen! Ab 01.Mai 2023 (ab 24.04. frei) habe ich ein Zimmer ("Zimmer 1" im Grundriss) in Flingern anzubieten und freue mich auf Eure Anfragen! Möbliert/unmöbliert, was dir schon besser passt!
Die Wohnung hat eine gemütliche Wohnküche, ein Badezimmer mit Fenster, einen Balkon und 2 WG-Zimmer (nahezu gleich groß). Auch ein Kellerraum ist vorhanden, falls Du Kram hast.
There will be a room ("Zimmer 1"in floor plan) available in a nice&cosy apartment in Flingern from 1st of May (free from 24.04.). The apartment consists of 2 equal size bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom (with the window) and a balcony. There's also a basement if you need to store anything. The room can be rented with or without the furniture.
S-Bahn Flingern und Straßenbahnlinien 709+706 sind um die Ecke. Es sind Supermärkte aller Art ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Flingern hat eine Menge zu bieten und viele Bars, Restaurants und Cafés sind einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Darunter z.B. die Bar Noah, das Sattgrün, die Pechmarie, das Hüftgelenk etc.
Flingern has a lot of bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is very close. S-Bahn Flingern und Straßenbahnlinien 709+706 are just around the corner, 3 min walking distance and Supermarks (Penny, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, DM, Rossmann) are also here.
Wenn Du mit dem Putzplan klar kommst, wenn Du berufstätige, unkomplizierte, entspannte, offene, saubere, ordentliche und aus der WG Party Phase herausgewachsene Frau bist, bist Du perfekt für diese WG :). Keine Spießer und keine AfD Mitglieder, bitte.
Besucher sind immer willkommen, über neue (und alte) Gesichter freue ich mich immer nur unter der Woche nach 23 Uhr muss etwas Rücksicht genommen werden, da ich (und hoffentlich Du) in Vollzeit arbeite. Nur keine Karnevalmusik, bitte.
Zu mir: Architektin mit vielen Interessen und Hobbys, die sich sehr freut, mit verschiedenen Leuten zu sprechen, verbringt aber genauso gerne die Zeit alleine. In kurz.

If you are familiar with the concept of cleaning schedule, if you're employed, uncomplicated, open-minded & easy-going, woman who's over the party-WG period, you're perfect for this WG :). No squares please.

Die Miete von 460 € (Warm) ist inklusive alle Nebenkosten berechnet, außer Strom und Gasheizung. Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation werden Strom und Gas seperat pro Monat je nach aktuellem Preis und monatlichem Verbrauch bezahlt, was jeden Monat transparent berechnet wird. Wenn du eine Berfuspendlerin bis, übernehme ich 2/3 aller Nebenkosten und Teil deiner Miete.
The rent of 460 € includes all costs except electricity and gas. Due to the circumstances will those be paid seprarately per Month, depending on the actual consumption and price, which will be transparently calculated each Month. If you are a commuter and don't live only in Düsseldorf all the time, 2/3 of costs will be covered by me, as well as a part of your rent.
