Aufgeteilt ist sie in 3 Zimmer, eine Küche, ein großes (innenliegendes) Bad, eine Abstellkammer sowie den Flur. Zur vermietung steht ein 18 m2 Zimmer. Es ist möglich, dass ein Zimmer als gemeinsame Wohnzimmer benutzt werden.
Die Küche sowie das Bad sind mit Spülmaschine, Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Umluftofen, Dunstaubzugschaube, Washmaschiene voll ausgestattet. Alle Gräte können benutz werden.
Miete ist insgesamt 430 (inkl. Strom, Warmwasser, Heizung usw.).
Eine Verlängerung von dem Vertrag kann möglisch sein.
