Wir suchen ab sofort einen Nachmieter für ein 26m2 großes Zimmer in einer gepflegten 2 er WG (Altbauwohnung) im 9. Wiener Bezirk (Alsergrund). Die Wohnung wurde vor wenigen Jahren generalsaniert und komplett neu eingerichtet und besteht aus einer perfekt ausgestatteten Küche (Geschirrspüler usw.), einem schönen Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine), einem separaten WC und einem großen Vorzimmer. Dein Zimmer enthält die abgebildeten Möbel.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top - mehrere Supermärkte, Drogeriemärkte, Apotheken,... gleich in der Nähe.
Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist ebenso spitze:
- U-Bahn Linie U6 (3 Gehminuten), U4 10 Gehminuten, schnelle Anbindung zur Station Schottentor
- Straßenbahnlinien: 5, 33, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42 alle in der unmittelbaren Umgebung
- Autobus 40A (3 Gehminuten)
- Franz-Josephs Bahnof 6 Gehminuten
I am leaving Vienna and looking for someone to take my 26m2 flat in 9th district.
The flat was refurbished a short time ago and contains a perfectly new and fully eqiupped kitchen with a diswasher. Also, we have a big living room, as well as a seperate toilet and bathroom with a washing machine. The furniture on the picture will stay in the room.
The flat is 4 minutes from Währinger Str./Volksoper, as well as 10 minutes from Schottentor by tram and close to many supermarkets and restaurants.
***Please only write in english, as I don't speak German*** My flatmate who stays in the flat is Austrian.
Following stations are closeby: U-Bahn Line U6 (3 minutes), U4 10 minutes, Schottentor, Franz-Josephs Bahnhof
