Hallo,
Die Wohnung besitzt einen Kleiderschrank, einen Rolltisch, einen Stuhl und eine Pantryküche mit Minikühlschrank. Diese können ohne Abstandszahlung übernommen werden.
Im Keller befindet sich darüberhinaus noch ein einfaches Bettgestell. Außerdem gibt es ein Waschkeller
mit 5 Waschmaschinen (2,5€ pro Waschgang) und 3 Trockner (2€ pro Trockengang) für alle Bewohner des Hauses.

Zur Uni sind es zu Fuß nur 15 min. In der Nähe gibt es einen REWE eine Sparkasse und eine Volksbank.
Von Montag bis Samstag fährt alle 15 min ein Bus in die Innenstand, sonntags halbstündig. Man ist mit dem Bus in 10 min am HBF. In der Nähe befinden sich auch weite Felder, die zum Joggen und Spazieren einladen.
Die Wohnung kann ab sofort bezogen werden.
Leider gibt es noch eine Vertagsausfertigugnsgebühr von 120€
