Hey! Ich suche ab sofort oder dem 15.12. oder 1.1.2019 einen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin für meine Wohnung in der schönen Südstadt, Nähe Chlodwigplatz.
Das Zimmer ist befristet bis zum 1.2 oder 15.2. da ich dann komplett ausziehe.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert aber ohne Bett und beinhaltet einen Schreibtisch und ein großes und kleine Regale.
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und ist 56m2 groß. Das Zimmer ist schön groß, hat Fenster zu beiden Seiten (Innenhof und Bonner Straße). Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und Stauraum, es gibt einen Keller und einen Abstellraum.

The nice flat is located in the heart of the beautiful Südstadt. The room is nice and big and has two windows, one to each side.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor and has 56m2. There is a lot of space, as there is also a storeroom as well as a cellar. There is a nice fully equipped kitchen & bath room with bathtub.
Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der Südstadt. Hier gibt es viele schöne Cafes und Restaurants, tolles Flair! Der Rhein ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenfalls in fünf oder zehn Minuten ist man im Friedenspark oder Volksgarten. Bahn und Bus erreicht man schon in zwei, drei Minuten (Chlodwigplatz) (Linie 15,16,17, Bus 132,133,106,142).
The location is just perfect! The flat is located in the heart of Cologne’s South City (Südtstadt) surrounded by nice cozy cafes and restaurants. Amazing flair! The river is just a 5 minute walk away and there ist skatepark, beachvolleyball site as well as more restaurants. Within 5-10 minutes walkingyou can reach nice parks to hang out (Friedenspark, Volksgarten) and Chlodwigplatz is just 3minute walk away. There are busses and KVB (15,16,17 bus 132,106,133, 142).
Ich bin in der Freizeit oft sportlich unterwegs, liebe slacklinen, klettern, bouldern, laufen. Bin aber auch berufstätig und auch im Winter viel unterwegs.
I am a former sport student and love sports and being outdoors (slacklining, climbing, longboarding, running, surfing…) or just hang out at the river or in the park.
Da ich telefonisch nicht so gut erreichbar bin, schick mir am besten eine Nachricht oder WhatsApp und erzähl kurz etwas über dich!
