Hallo an alle :)
Bei uns wird aufgrund Lebensplanänderung unseres Mitbewohners ein großes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete für den Zeitraum Juni bis August frei! Nach Absprache wärs evtl. auch möglich schon etwas früher im Mai einzuziehen :)
Das Zimmer ist 23qm groß und voll möbliert. Es ist nach Nordosten hin ausgerichtet, aber durch das große Fenster sehr hell. Mit indirekter Beleuchtung und einem großen Sofa stehen gemütlichen Abenden nichts im Weg ;)
Außer den beiden anderen WG-Zimmern gibt es eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Sitzecke, ein sehr schönes großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und eine Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine.
Das Haus verfügt über einen Lift :)

Hello everyone :)
Due to our roommate's change in life plans, we have a large room available for interim rent from June to August- but it is also possible to move in a little earlier if needed.
The room is 23sqm big and fully furnished. It faces northeast, but is very bright thanks to the large window. With indirect lighting and a large sofa, nothing stands in the way of cozy evenings ;)
In addition to the other two shared rooms, there is a very well-equipped kitchen with a seating area, a very nice large bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a storage room with a washing machine.
There's an elevator :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Bezirk in der direkten Nachbarschaft zum Augarten. Zur Ubahn-Station U2 Taborstraße sind es etwa 5 Gehminuten, und die Haltestellen der Straßenbahnlinien 2 (Taborstraße/Heinestraße) und 5 (Am Tabor) sind jeweils 1-2min entfernt. Man kommt auch schnell zur S-Bahn Station Praterstern.
Obwohl der Eingang des Hauses an der Taborstraße liegt, gehen alle Fenster Richtung Nebenstraße, sodass es nicht so laut ist (die Fenster sind auch sehr gut).
In der Nähe gibt es diverse Supermärkte (Spar, Billa, türkischer Supermarkt), Apotheke und was man sonst noch so braucht ;)

The apartment is located in the 2nd districtclose to Augarten. It is about a 5-minute walk to the U2 Taborstraße subway station, and the stops for tram lines 2 (Taborstraße/Heinestraße) and 5 (Am Tabor) are each 1-2 minutes away. You can also quickly get to Praterstern S-Bahn station.
Although the entrance to the house is on Taborstrasse, all the windows face the side street, so it's not that loud (the windows are also very good).
There are various supermarkets nearby (Spar, Billa, Turkish supermarket), pharmacy and whatever else you need ;)
In der 3er-WG sind außer dir noch Albert (24) und Marta (27). Albert studiert Landschaftsplanung an der BOKU und ein sehr entspannter und witziger Zeitgenosse. Ich (Marta), bin Alberts Schwester und arbeite mittlerweile Vollzeit (*cry*) - bin also eher wenig daheim... Normalerweise wohnen wir mit Sarah (27, auch BOKU-Studentin) - dessen Zimmer du für die Monate übernehmen würdest :)
Die WG ist recht ruhig, aber wir essen oft gemeinsam, trinken ein Bier oder einen Kaffee. Es gibt einen Putzplan mit wöchentlichen und monatlichen Aufgaben, an den wir uns recht genau halten und das erwarten wir auch von neuen WG-Kumpanen ;)

In this 3-person WG there's you, Albert (24) and Marta (27). Albert is studying landscape planning at BOKU and is a very relaxed and funny guy. I (Marta), am Albert's sister and now work full time (sniff) - so I'm not at home much... We both like an active lifestyle, travelling, watching documentaries etc.
We usually live with Sarah (27, also a BOKU student) - whose room you would take over for these few months :)
The WG life is rather calm, but we we like to eat together, or have a beer or a coffee. There is a cleaning schedule with weekly and monthly tasks that we try to follow and we expect the same from new roommates ;)
Wir würden uns über eine weltoffene und halbwegs ordentliche Person freuen, die gern mit Leuten interagiert aber auch nicht beleidigt ist, wenn mal jeder seine Ruhe braucht :) Gern auch für Aktivitäten wie Ausflüge und co zu haben :)
KEIN RAUCHEN IN DER WOHNUNG, leider auch keine Haustiere
