Liebe Suchende,
da ich erst einmal weg aus Konstanz bin, vermiete ich meine Wohnung am Gottmannplatz unter. Es handelt sich um eine sehr helle und schöne Wohnung. Bei meinem Einzug Ende 2015 teilsaniert. Alles was man zum Leben braucht ist vorhanden und man hat in 1 Minute Entfernung eine Bushaltestelle und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Seerhein läuft man circa 3 Minuten und findet dort auch gleich ein Badestelle an der man sich erfrischen kann. Außerdem befindet sich in der Wohnung ein Abstellraum und nach vorne hat man einen großen Balkon. Von dem Balkon schaut man direkt auf den Gottmannplatz. Die komplette Partyszene von Konstanz ist ebenfalls in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar. Nachdem ihr euch auf den Fotos selbst einen Eindruck verschafft habt, seid ihr herzlich eingeladen euch die Wohnung anzuschauen. Bis zum Mietbeginn ist nicht mehr viel Zeit, also gilt das Motto: wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst:)
