Hallo. Da ich nächstes Semester ins Ausland gehe wird mein Zimmer in der "wunderschönen" Wohnung in der Industriestrase für 6 Monate frei.Wir sind eine 4-er Wg, keine Zweck-Wg. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral: 5min zum Hbf,15 min in die Altstadt zu Fuss,Uni gut und schnell erreichbar (707 vom Mintropplatz), Kostenlose Parkplätze und drei Büdchen vorm Haus und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt Internetanschluss (Flatrate XXL),Telefon- und Fernsehanschluss im Zimmer,Küche mit Bar und grosses Wohnzimmer, welches im moment bisschen chaotisch aussieht. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche plus ein extra Klo.Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden und den Hof darf man mitbenutzen. Die Leute im Haus sind sehr nett und unkompliziert, da kann man auch hie und da grosse Partys feiern. Das Zimmer ist 14qm hat 2 kleinere Fenster und hohe Decken. Du hast sogar einen eigenen Briefkasten. Deine Mitbewohner:Anna 25, Studentin, Matthis 24, Koch, Frank 31,Musiker.
